Hi, All
used to be on the old Danny site many moon's ago, had some great times
My Danny was stolen two years ago, just by chance the other day saw an old Danny on waste ground near a local car wash
"Bingo it was my old Danny" called the old bill, now back home.
A bit worst for ware, soon fix it up... then its time I started to use it

Hi Dandy owner,
It is good to read that you found your Dandy after it was stolen. I had a Dandy copy many years ago when I lived in the UK I made the box and trailer from a Mini sub frame and had the Dandy company make all the sides and top for me. Very good they were. When I emigrated my father in law had it for a few years and then passed it on to his son. Sadly he did not appreciate what he had and turned it into a shed. All that I have to remember it by is a few photo's. Shortly after I arrived in Canada I bought a 10 year old 1972 Apache pop up which was as close to my Dandy as I could get. I still have my Apache and am part of a site similar to this. I hope that you have many more years camping in your Dandy, I still believe they were the best on the market.

That's brilliant Wizzkid. How lucky were you. Not only to find it again but that it should be in a repairable condition. Did the police find who stole it?
