Appologies if I have posted this twice.
Condensation is a problem for our Dandy Designer. Camper vans and caravans seem to have the same problem where there is no air between the mattress and bed base, just Google it. To try and solve this I bought some cheap bubble foil from B&Q to insulate the bed base I also spyed some interesting garden sceener which I thought might put some air between mattress and base (see picture) This worked but insted of a wet mattress I got a damp one and the condensation formed as a puddle on the foil. We are getting older now but intend to have one or maybe two more seasons with the Dandy so I intend to try this www.vicarious-shop.com/products/bedairer...ariant=1271760453650 for next season. I haven't purchased it yet but will do around May next year. I would appreciate it if anyone has found a way round this problem could let me know.
From the pictures you will see I also cut a section out of the plastic mattress retainer in order to allow air flow.
Thanks George.
