I doubt that would hold much charge and not sure about the amps, you would be better with a car battery.

Ah, thank you. A relative suggested it...What do you think I need in the way of amp hours?

but is it the same kind of thing as the other one? Part of me is wondering if it wouldn't be better to just install a manual footpump?
