Afternoon all!

Been spending the day packing and sorting out the Dandy as we go away next Thursday. Have been thinking about getting some underbed skirts and a roof liner. What are peoples thoughts on these?

I was quoted £170 (I think) for the liner and the underbed skirts are £245 each I think. I was wondering how I would attatch the skirts though. Does anyone know If i would need to do something to the Dandy at my end??

Have ordered some bungee cord and hooks today. Going to be making straps which will go from the roof to the buttons on the front. Just for windy trips away. Just used camping cord in the past, but I think bungee rope will be better.

Getting excited to go away next week for 4 nights. But its reminding me there are jobs I want done for the summer! Seems never ending!

You can make your own under bed skirts out of PVC and press studs or even Velcro or get some clingons :woohoo:

Watch this little video

You can also make your own roof liner, but be safe and any fabric you use, please make sure its fire retardant!

Try an haulage company ask for an old tarp or old the side of a curtainsider as the Dandy is made from the same material.
I'm lucky as I work at a company that happens to have an old tarp so gonna ask if I can have it. :-)

I got mine from the net can't remember which company . You can make the roof canopy from double bed sheets or king size sheets. You can get a fire retardant spray or stuff to put in the washing machine
