Just wondering if anyone has had any success attaching a mobil 300 awning to their dandy 4/5? I've bought a second hand one - maybe I should have asked first!!
ps - my dandy is a brown one with no windows in the pvc
Thanks very much, in advance of any suggestions!

Do not know it, so can not really help.

As long as you have room to open the door (inc the full door swing) and height you should be able to manage

well I've put it up - it's very tall!! Thanks Neil, for your reply; the door does open without any problems- but attaching the tunnel without any sagging or billowing is going to be a bit tricky, I think!

You would have to make the choice of putting the tunnel under the roof and getting the tension correct so that water cannot pour in or would it be possible to place the tunnel section on top of the roof using tarpaulin clips and guys over the top of the trailer, anchored to pegs at the back.

We have a small throw over awning, just a roof really with a clear panel in it. It comes down almost to the ground at the front but protects the door area from the worst of the weather.

We throw the guy ropes over the tent, padding underneath the grippers to protect the PVC, then guy it.
The front is attached to two poles and a couple of guy ropes.

Thanks Sanjo,
I'm away with it this weekend so will try out both options - probably over the top first! It's good to hear that you have tried something similar, thanks again
