Re camping, I asked

I have a couple of other people that will also be camping over, is it OK to tell them that they can pay on the weekend?
Also what time is it OK to arrive from?

The reply back

That's fine for them to pay on the day.
You can arrive from anytime on the Friday to set up.
Kind Regards
John

Well this was a last minute event and did not know what to expect.
The site is on a farm in some lovely countryside, a bit remote, and NO phone signal so you really can get away.
The camping is basic, and they had portaloos, but you did need to bring your own fresh water.
Lovely walks on the site, and shops if needed all close by.
Its a short walk over a field to the actual festival which is held in a farmyard, and most under cover in two large barns should it rain.
A large selection of ales, and ciders to choose from, and on average £3.50 a pint.
Ticket price is a fiver, but this includes a free drink and a glass that you will use for the duration, so you are only actually paying a pound.
Camping price is £15.00 for the weekend, with a additional £5.00 car parking.
A large line up of live artist/bands/groups mainly acoustic performing.
A very chilled out, calm and relaxing weekend (depending on what you do)
Will we do this again? Oh, yes we hope so, and if on again next year would make a great little gathering to add to our year.
a bit of video
