After years of running this site, I have now gone to The Dark Side. This web site will continue, but I really need someone new to take over.

Hi Everyone,
I am a Dandy Discovery owner, winter insulation with the underfloor heater. Due to many things, most recently my father passing - I just have not had the time to fix up the trailer and before posting anywhere else I thought it would be appropriate to ask you guys first.
The trailer is in fair condition, light restoration needed now. Paint is a bit faded, dolly wheel is broken along with a couple of the light clusters. The bottom of the door is rotten and I had hoped to replace it this year but can't now. The soft furnishings are needing new foam and covers. The chassis is pretty solid though I can see one chassis leg has a small repair needing done due to corrosion. The outside really needs a good clean up now. It has the full extension which doubles the size of the tent - really huge. I have all the accessories, leisure battery, lights, water pump etc.
It could be trailered away but you would need a light bar.

Im very sad that I have to sell this and I thought it would be worth somewhere between £800 - £1000 to the right buyer. I imagine a couple of hundred or so to restore if doing a lot of the work yourself so a bargain considering how much these fetch on some auction sites.
I really would like to keep this in the Dandy family so am hopeful of finding someone looking for one to buy on this forum (or who knows of someone).
I have it under cover just now but can send pictures if requested. I don't really have the room to put it up fully in the garden but would see what I can do.
Thanks a bunch and happy trailing,
Kris
